The Laiwu District Elderly Care Service Center in Jinan City is located in Kou Town, Laiwu District, and is affiliated to the Laiwu District Civil Affairs Bureau. The center covers a total area of 46 acres, with a construction area of 17,900 square meters, 299 beds, and different types of room settings. It can receive care for the elderly who are self-care, semi-self-care, and completely unable to take care of themselves. The rooms are fully equipped with facilities. The rooms are all facing south. There are two elevators in the building, and there are various activity rooms, monitoring, barrier-free facilities, etc. The center is equipped with a professional management service team including management personnel, elderly care workers, doctors, nurses, fire operators, chefs, cleaners, security guards, etc., which can provide the elderly with various services such as life care, elderly care, leisure and entertainment, and safety management, and has been widely praised by the elderly and the society. Since 2017, the Laiwu District Elderly Care Service Center has successively won honors such as "Advanced Collective of Shandong Civil Affairs System", "Shandong Service Standardization Pilot Unit", "Jinan Five-Star Elderly Care Institution", and "Jinan Elderly Care Model".
